2020 Design Trends

For today's design tip, I wanted to share some up- and-coming trends of 2020 that we are seeing. Here are just a few! Jewel tone colors are making quite a statement! Bold and elegant! From paint colors, to accessories, to furniture. Velvet is also making a come-back! Biophilic design brings natural elements into a space. We are seeing live plant walls and other natural materials being introduced in design. This also contributes to all around well-being. 3D wallpaper and tile- adding dimension, depth and interest to a space! Large prints, whether on fabrics or wallcoverings! Black is the new neutral! We are seeing black becoming a hit in 2020...matte black is being seen in metals, especially with plumbing fixtures. Marble is still a hit and brass is here to stay! Color of the year is blue and we are seeing a lot of that in kitchens with cabinetry! Lastly, so sorry to say, but gray is on its way out as all-over color and being used more as accents. Warm neutrals are taking over, instead. Hopefully, this helps y'all! Happy designing
